She called me back the very next day with a house that had just listed. It was my dream house.   • "We used Rochelle Millsapp to purchase our home in Flossmoor last summer and she was outstanding. Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into helping us find the right property (time and effort). We spoke with Rochelle and she referred us to an excellent mortgage company to get started. She spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding purchasing a home , how long listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. Rochelle made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like supporting us in seeing several houses in a day and providing several referrals through out the home buying process and a lot more. We had a house under contract within a few days of working with Rochelle. We also got our home for a really good deal with closing cost credits. She was very helpful and pleasant the entire process. Her knowledge and expertise kept us at ease and we really felt supported and knew we had made the right decision with our purchase. I've recommended Rochelle Millsapp to everyone I know.     “When I first met Rochelle Millsapp, whom I was referred to, by a very respected associate, I felt a sense of hope that she was going to get my house sold. I had been trying to sell a house (a rental property) off and on for several years. It was listed a few times, with no sale. I prayed, thought that perhaps it was the area, West Pullman…I hoped that someone out there could appreciate this eight-room house with a large back yard and side drive, on a quiet street? I had begun to have issues with unpaid property taxes, tenants who could not pay rent and were slow to move out, several much-needed repairs, and the list goes on. I felt like was “hanging on by a thread” My first consultation with Rochelle Millsapp was so encouraging. She saw my situation through a brighter lens!! Once she contracted with me, she was like a “rocket with a turbo boost”, I almost couldn’t believe my eyes, she was a godsend! Through this journey, I got to know Rochelle as a very thoughtful, generous, respectful, and most of all professional young woman of God. I believe that. She walked me through every document with clarity, walked through the property, met the tenants. She even offered them assistance with apartment listings! Once she listed the house on MLS, one month later I had three interested buyers. one of them wanted to pay cash, unbelievable! Meanwhile, news of the pandemic swirled, and the tenants were fearful about moving and became stagnant. The cash buyer moved on, but one buyer stayed the course…I tell you Rochelle was right there all the way while we had to move the closing date a couple of times. Finally, it was as if the Skies had opened just for me, all repairs had been completed, the tenants moved out, and the closing date happened …under these circumstances…all in approximately ninety days! I absolutely highly recommend Rochelle Millsapp. There is more to this story about how she went above and beyond her responsibilities."
